A Billings woman pleaded not guilty Friday in the stabbing death of a 37-year-old man.
Charlotte Spang Rodarte, 38, is charged with deliberate homicide in the death of Leon Gerald Gustafson. According to court documents, Gustafson was found dead in a Billings home on May 20.
Rodarte-Spang was arrested on May 21 and made her initial appearance in court on Monday. She is being held on $250,000 bond.
If convicted of deliberate homicide, Rodarte-Spang could face life in prison.
