A6 e-tron and S6 e-tron Are Coming
Audi's plan to bring electric power to the luxury sector will be more extensive than previously thought.
Audi announced that the A6 and S6 Sportback e-tron models will be going on sale in the US. The A6 Sportback e-tron has an exceptionally low Cd value of 0.21, making it the most aerodynamic Audi.
Unsurprisingly, the A6 e-tron and S6 e-tron use the same 100kWh battery (94.9kWh net capacity). The A6 e-tron will come to America in three Sportback versions: 40, 45, and 50, with a starting price of 80,000 when it arrives in the United States.
The A6 e-tron family is the first all-electric Sportback model. Europeans get the choice of an Avant, but that won't be available in the US. The A6 e-tron and S6 e-tron are the beginning of Audi's electrification strategy, which will see every model in the lineup have an electric version by 2026.
